Recruitment
Dear PNMs, On behalf of Pi Beta Phi, I am so excited to welcome you to Clemson and to the Panhellenic community. Beginning college is such a special season of life, and recruitment is a unique opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone, meet incredible women, and discover a place that truly feels like home. While the process can feel intimidating at first, I promise it is also filled with moments that will surprise you in the very best way. Before coming to Clemson, I honestly wasn’t sure if Greek life was for me. I didn’t know what to expect from recruitment, and part of me wondered if I would even find a place where I truly felt comfortable. But the moment I walked through the curtains of Pi Beta Phi, something just clicked. I felt welcomed, seen, and completely at home. For the first time, I felt like I could let my walls down, and I knew these were the girls who would have my back for life. Looking back now, I am so incredibly thankful that I took that leap of faith. I am honored to serve as the Vice President of Recruitment for Pi Phi this year and so excited to welcome each of you with open arms. This chapter has given me more than I ever expected. It has given me friends who celebrate my successes, support me through challenges, and constantly inspire me to grow. I am surrounded by women with diverse passions and talents, and being a part of a sisterhood that encourages individuality while standing united is something I will never take for granted. As you begin this journey, my biggest piece of advice is to embrace who you are wholeheartedly. Talk about what excites you, what drives you, and what makes you unique. The most meaningful conversations happen when you are genuine, and authenticity is what allows real connections to form. Trust that the right place will recognize and value you for exactly who you are. We cannot wait to meet you, hear your stories, and welcome you into this incredible community. Enjoy every moment of this experience, it truly goes by faster than you think. With so much love, Colbi
